Moving circuit components to different stackup layers in ANSYS Designer Circuit

I have been trying to use the circuit design tool in ANSYS Electronics Desktop to construct a multi-layered PCB feed board for an antenna (which I then plan to connect to the HFSS model of the antenna using dynamic link), but I am having trouble finding how to put my microstrip transmission line components on different stackup layers. I have attached an image of my current stackup if that helps, and I can provide more information if needed. I would like to have components on both the Top and Bottom stackup layers.
