moving heat load in ansys apdl 18.1

this is my design in ANSYS APDL .my question is how to correct the number of element.in the first layer it gives 3 element and in the 2nd layer it gives me 6 element .first layer range ESEL,R,CENT,Y,5.0,5.4 2nd layer range ESEL,R,CENT,Y,5.4,5.8.so it must be same (means 3 element IN EACH LAYER ).
).please help
