mpirun.exe when trying to open FLUENT

  Hello,
  Our ANSYS is installed on a server and users access the software remotely. After making the mesh when I try to start FLUENT, I get a mpirun.exe error. It does not matter if I try to open using serial or parallel option. I have attached a screenshot of the error message.
  How to resolve the issue?
