SubscriberHello all,
I am new to Fluent and have never used multi-phase VOF model. I am solving a problem which is described below: A 2D rectangular container with solid wax at the bottom and oil at the top heated from below by a bulb and cooled from top. The side walls are at room temperature. So, which how to model this situation, I mean how to describe the solid and liquid phases and how to make interaction between them??Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thank You

Ansys EmployeeYou need to do some reading, I'd start with the Learning section on here, and then in documentation, which also includes some tutorials.
VOF, solidification & melting, transient and heat transfer are good starting areas to look into.
