Multiphase Flow in Porous Media

Hello All,
Please, I need so help here. I tried to simulate a water displacing oil flow within a porous media using the multiphase mixture model and keeps getting this velocity contour which I feel is wrong.
I need somebody to help on how to fix this problem.
