my designmodler and mechanical deign windows are not visible

  i just installed the student version of ansys 2023r1 i have performed multiple install and uninstall cycles but for some reason my design modeler and mechanical are looking like this i have tried everything written on forms but it is still not working please help me out

  Try to go to Tab "Home", then on the right will be "Layout", "Reset Layout"
