      Hello Discovery Team, I’m support engineer at the Ansys Channel Partner Inneo Solutions and one of our customers wants to make some changes in the assignment of his discovery subscription. He can login to and he sees the administration page, but there are no users shown and he cannot assign new users. An error message at the bottom indicates a problem. See attached screenshot. Can you help to resolve this issue without sharing the customer data in the open forum? Best regards Stefan

      Can you ask the customer to try with a different internet browser or in incognito mode?
