need to know how the concentration of co2 can be measured

  Hello,
  Molar concentration of any species is defined as ratio of number of moles to the volume of the species contained in. There is the provision in the Fluent. Contours>Species>Molar concentration of co2. If you require the surface or volume average, you can use surface or volume integrals in Results tab.
