Network storage – SpaceClaim

  Hello,
  
  our customer has a problem with opening files from network storage. Sometimes, when he wants to open the file, SpaceClaim writes that cannot open the file.
  
  Could you tell me, where the problem might be?

  SpaceClaim would need read/write permissions to the location of the file.
  
  Could you please ensure this is granted?
