      hello, Since today many of our customers and myself can no longer access our ansys account. Indeed, after entering our email address and our password (as usual) we have to enter an address and a phone number in loop.... and this happens even after changing browsers and emptying the cache...

      Other users have reported this issue as well. I am consulting my team on this.

      I will keep you updated as I hear from them.
      In the meantime, I would recommend you to try after clearing cache or try using a different browser ?

      We have reported this to the concerned team and we will require the Customer ID to check further.

      In the meantime, could you please ask your customers to try manually filling in their details from the below link and then attempt to login?

      You can try the same with other customers as well.

      Please share the link with them to fill in the details. Once the details are filled they should be able to login.

      If there is any issue even after filling the details, please let us know.
