Ansys EmployeeHello NOVACAD
Can you zip the .ansys folder located in %temp% folder and send it to ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com? Also, please share the registered email address of the customer.

SubscriberHello Naresh,
I just sent you the information by email.
I'm not going to create any more tickets but I now have 5 other customers who have the same problem...There must be a general problem on the 2020 R2 version.
Do you think you can find a solution quickly because it's becoming a real problem as a reseller.Yohann

Ansys EmployeeHi NOVACAD
The issue with the username and password has already been reported to the development team. The workaround is to activate it through command prompt which is working fine and the application also launches without any issue. The error which is being reported after launching SpaceClaim is related to the account details that can be checked through the icon located at the top left corner of the SpaceClaim interface. This doesn't seem to be a generic issue since I am able to check the details from that icon. I will look into it further and also report it to the development team for further investigation. But this error when trying to check account details doesn't stop the user from using SpaceClaim. Also, account details can be checked from the account page also.
To summarize, activate the subscription through the command prompt and check the subscription details from the Discovery account page.
