new sc version

  where can i download a new sc version. My current version 19.1 does not work when the internet is down,

  You can download the latest version (19.1.2) here: Discovery Downloads
  Make sure you have permission to write to C:UsersAppDataLocal on your PC.
  You may need to contact your IT administrator to make sure you have sufficient privileges in Windows.
