No connection to licence server & workbench 2019 R3 error

  Hi, I am having an issue with ansys 2019 student installation. I am running on Windows 10, It seems to me I am having more than one error and can't seem to know why. Here are some screenshots of the issues...

  Your installation wasn't successful. The entire 'Shared Files' folder does not exist there (in your ANSYS Student folder).
  
  Check the content of install.err to see what was wrong and try installing it again, make sure you 'run as administrator' . Also, make sure you completely delete the ANSYS Inc folder before retry the installation.
