Ansys EmployeeHi Thank you for reaching out. Based on the error it seems you have assigned a voltage boundary condition to a region that is not defined as a metal (domain 1). Metal type materials should be used as contacts. Please switch the simulation to partition mode and click on domain 1 to verify which object this error is referring to. Then update the assigned material for the object or change the defined boundary condition so it points to a metal.
Best regards Khash

Ansys EmployeeHi Thank you for the update. We are not allowed to download attachments on the forum. Can you please share screenshots of the following settings so I can further comment:
Geometry tab of all defined voltage boundary conditions.
Domains listed in partition mode.
Latest error message you get after running the simulation.
Best regards
