No funciona Ansys Discovery 2020

  Que tal, soy estudiante universitario e instale Ansys Discovery 2020 la versión gratuita, pero al momento de abrir el software, me pide correo y contraseña, después de realizar eso me sale una ventana que me indica un error como se observa en la imagen y al poner aceptar en el error, se abre el programa pero no me deja realizar nada, ni si quiera un cuadrado ni nada.
  
  Se necesita ayuda porfa :(
