SubscriberHello alefebvre ,
Can you check if you can see the geometry in model mode?
If it is not visible in model mode, can you please confirm your system specifications?
Did you run the installer i.e. setup.exe in administrative mode? If it wasn't, can you uninstall and install again in administrative mode by right-clicking on setup.exe and selecting (Run as Administrator).
If you still face the issue, please let me know.
Regards.

Thank you for your help. A little bit more background, the software used to work up to about 2 weeks ago, unclear what changed albeit some security settings at my firm were tighten, maybe this is part of the answer.
I confirm that the geometry mode doesn't show the geometry either. My machine is a windows 10 with a P4000 and up to date NVIDIA drivers, 64Gb RAM, 6 core Intel i7 CPU. Definitely OK spec as I have run Live and Discovery v2 before.
I did reinstall the software with admin rights as suggested but that didn't solve the issue.
Are we aware of maybe incompatibilities with maybe anti-virus, firewalls or anything like that? Am I missing something even more obvious like this is what happen when the license file is not good?
Thanks again!

SubscriberHello alefebvre ,
I see you have also posted it on TIG-Discovery, did the solution suggested there helped you?
If not, can you disable your firewall and try doing it, that will confirm whether your firewall is blocking the software to run or not.
Regards.

SubscriberHi Charudatta ,
None of the suggested fix worked just yet. Including disabling firewalls.
Thank you all for your help and hopefully Ill have some more luck with next suggestion.

SubscriberAll,
Issue was resolved by installing OLDER version of NVIDIA drivers 426.78-quadro-desktop-notebook-win10-64bit-international-whql.exe. Newer drivers do not work.
Thank you all for your help,
Alex

SubscriberThe driver version (451.77) is working on some machines, so it is likely not a general issue.
If anyone does face an issue, reverting back to the older version (426.78) might solve it.

SubscriberHello alefebvre ,
There has been an observation made related to this issue and I wanted to confirm this hunch.
Are you using a laptop to use Discovery, the issue could be with the Mobile version of the card/driver combo.
Also, can you please update your CUDA drivers and try it with Driver 451.77?
