Can you try reinstalling Discovery products by temporarily disabling any antivirus, anti malware, and Windows Defender functions? Also, ensure that you have full administrator privileges and launch the installer using Run as Administrator.

SubscriberNaresh Patre Unfortunately, still not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled using administrator. What is the possible cause for this issue?

Ansys EmployeeJC_TADC I will have to check with the development team on this since similar issues were resolved either by resetting user settings or by reinstalling.
Do you also have ANSYS Workbench installed? If yes, are Discovery products installed in the same location as of ANSYS Workbench?

SubscriberNaresh Patre there is no Ansys Workbench installed, but an trial ver. of Discovery was installed before regular ver.. At the beginning I ran into this issue with trial ver. so I installed regular ver. expecting the issue would be gone, but the issue was still present, then I posted request here to see if I can find solution.
I tried to uninstall both trial and regular Discovery, but only regular one could be uninstalled by Windows (I guess trial one was also removed), then I reinstalled regular Discovery, the issue still there.
