      I'm trying to open Discover AIM but it appears the problem in the first attachment. On the other hand, if I'll open Discovery live and Discovery SpaceClaim it appears the problem in the second attachment.

      It appears that you have no subscriptions assigned to your individual user account.

        Brian Bueno Hi,

         

        A customer of mine is having the same problem. However, the solution in the video isn't helpful since the account page is empty (see attachment).

        In this case the administrator for the account must assign the subscription to this user.
