I signed up for the 15-day trial. When opening Discovery AIM and signing into my account, it tells me "No Subscriptions Available". Please see attached screenshot and advise.

The error message has “ANSYS Workbench” as the heading which seems a bit strange.
When did you activate Discovery products?
Were you able to launch Discovery product earlier or this is the first instance?
Can you make sure that Discovery products are not getting blocked by your Firewall? Please go through below post if you need to add exceptions to Firewall for unblocking ANSYS Discovery Products
