Node is not attached to any net

  Hi,
  
  This is my first time seeing an error like this. It happened when I was trying to extract S parameters. I did not get any error messages when I generated the ports. Does anyone have recommendations for first steps I should take for trouble shooting this? Thanks so much in advance.

  It appears there could be a pin in the pin group that has no net assignment. I would suggest that you look at the location given to see if this is the case. But it is hard to tell. If you can submit a service request, then that would be advisable.

  Additionally, I am having trouble opening a ticket because ANSYS doesn't recognize my company account information (but it is correct to the best of my knowledge)
