Node move to given coordinates

  Hi everyone;
  
  I'm trying to figure out the mechanism of tectonic fault. I have geometry of earth crust and GPS sites that are on the earth surface. The GPS sites have exact position and displacements were calculated by using geodetic methods.
  
  I want to apply the nodal displacement using GPS points and their displacement values. I think, I need to identify GPS points as mesh points, but I couldn't do that. What can i do about this situation?
