Noise propagation in a control valve situation

  Hi everyone
  
  I would like to know how the sound propagating through a control valve. For example, like this video show:

  The fluid passed through a smaller hole and induced an aerodynamic noise. I wondered how to simulate this project. I turned on the acoustic model in Fluent with broadband option, but i can only know the SPL and Surface SPL of the pipe. How to know the SPL if the sound pass the pipe wall and go into the air?
