NON CONVERGED SOLUTIONS

Hi every one ,
In fact I'm modeling the assembly process for anchors product . in total I have 6 Steps from 0 to 1.8 mm
I have added 2 APDL COMMAND : one related to convergence issues neqit,100 and an other related to the change of plasticity criteria : cutcontrol,plslimit,2
After that , at the step 0.75 , the solution has not converged and I got this msg :
I put the contact frictionless to avoid distortion of elements
Could you please help me to solve this problem ?
