Ansys Employeenonlinearity coefficients are material properties or from other simulations, you have to find them somewhere, online search, lab measurement etc.
Usually we do not directly adjust the power. Instead, you can change the source amplitude. For plane wave with periodic BCs, the power is proportional to electrical intensity, the square of the source amplitude. So you can change the source amplitude to change the power.
