Ansys EmployeeHi Grant,
Can you just confirm that curl.exe is located in C:tmp please? If that is a temp directory on your PC, you may want to move it elsewhere.
Also, please make sure that you launched the command prompt using Run as Administrator.
If it runs correctly, curl.exe should generate a couple dozen lines of output in the command prompt window.
