Not able to get make connection to Ansys subscription

      I have installed Discovery Live and setup the licenses on the license page and invited users that all looks good.  But when I start Discovery Live, I get this error:   Ping looks good to ansys server Also the Curl did not give me any output?   so what gives?  Please let me know   THX

      Also here are the log files, nothing in the temp dir that I could see...

      Hi Grant,

      Can you just confirm that curl.exe is located in C:tmp please?  If that is a temp directory on your PC, you may want to move it elsewhere.

      Also, please make sure that you launched the command prompt using Run as Administrator.

      If it runs correctly, curl.exe should generate a couple dozen lines of output in the command prompt window.
