SubscriberI downloaded the trial of Discovery, so the shortcut icon for Discovery Live and Discvovery SpaceClaim appeared on my desktop. I can't open either one in admin or user mode. Nothing appears on the screen. I spent a couple hours downloading certificates, resetting firewalls, listing exceptions and manually loading the certificate numbers in command mode. Still can't open the software so I can sign in. I have tried all suggestions. Is this a lost cause?

Ansys EmployeeHello CA12
- Can you try disabling antivirus while launching Discovery products and see if it helps?
- If above option does not help, can you open Command prompt in administrative mode and execute following command and let me know what it returns:

SubscriberI sent the files requestyed by replying to your email. No, I'm not getting an error message, when I try to open the Discovery or the SpaceClaim software, nothing happens, no windows, no messages. Only the hourglass for three seconds then it disappears. I've tried both user and Admin modes. Thx for help.

Ansys EmployeeCA12 This happened to one user and turned out their GPU did not meet the minimum requirements of 4GB on the GPU. Please verify your system meets the minimum requirements and run the compatibility utility found on this page please. Ansys Discovery Hardware Requirements (2022 R2)
