September 10, 2020 at 5:13 pmgrybkaSubscriberI am trying to run HFSS simulations on a 16 core computer. If I set the number of cores used to 15, I I get the error Not enough ANSYS Neutral Parallel licences. 11/0 How can I increase the number of cores? I have tried both the pack and pool option for the HPC license.n The manager of the license server says that he sees plenty of hpc licenses available to check out, and that my id is authorized to check out hfsshpc licenses. nPlease help. Thank you.n
September 10, 2020 at 11:28 pmtsiriaksAnsys Employeeon the same page that you can select 'pool' or 'pack' , there is another option to specify the 'legacy HPC' . The hfsshpc license feature is legacy, so you will need to make sure that this option is set to 'True'n
