Not getting help from our support team- need answer to this question

      Dave,

       

      I am still having trouble using Discovery Live on my Offline computer, since I think I need to assign the license to this particular

      computer.

       

      I keep looking for a way to resolve this, but none of the processes seem to be working and I keep running into road blocks.

       

      Is there someone I could talk to help resolve this? Maybe a chat online, via another computer?

      Emailed Mark directly. Correspondence through email.

      Resolved 3 weeks ago. Discovery cannot be activated offline. Customer was given a seat of SpaceClaim Engineer instead so he can work on his offline machine.
