  We are getting error such as number of allowable species limit exceeded (700)while importing chemkin mechanism

  That'll be defined in the Chemkin tool, I'm not sure how to use that so I'll leave that with you and the wider community.
  
  ANSYS R19.1 is the whole software suite, are you using Fluent?

  Could you please elaborate a little more on how you are doing importing the Chemkin file to IC engine? Perhaps, post a screenshot of your error? What information does the Chemkin file contain?
