A teacher in my university is using a version of Ansys named: "Ansys Academic Teaching Mechanical and CFD" version 2019 R3, for his clases.
The UI looks very old fashion. Is there a way to change it to the Workbench UI.

Ansys EmployeeThe name that you mentioned is the name of 'license' . The GUI that you showed is Mechanical APDL GUI. It's a legacy one. The current/new GUI is 'Mechanical' inside Workbench GUI.
Your license can be used for either of these tools. But if your teacher teaches the M-APDL, you may have to stick with it.
