Online Help of Previous version (SpaceClaim) problem

  Hello,
  
  When press F1 key (just F1 or, after hover the mouse cursor over a command such as "Pull"), Online help of previous version such as 2019R3 does not work, even English help. In this behavior, online help is not supported?
  
  This occurs on SpaceClaim, Live is fine.
