Only 2 of the 3 discovery standard subscriptions we pay for show up on the Ansys Discovery Account.

      Only 2 of the 3 discovery standard subscriptions we pay for show up on the Ansys Discovery Account web page.

      We had a fix sent that got the third subscription working on a PC, but this has stopped working again. We have never seen the three subscriptions show up on our administration page.

      Please rectify this so that we can see all the licenses we pay for on the Discovery administration page.

      Hello John

      I did a quick search on my database with your Company ID and I see that of the 3 Discovery Standard licenses one has expired in August 2019. (refer below image)

       If you think there are any discrepancies, could you please send us the Purchase order or the Order ID via email to ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com so that we can check from our end?
