Only administrator is allowed to run Discovery Live

  After new installation only a user with administrator rights like "localhostadministrator" or "mydomainadministrator" but not any other user.

  Can you launch the Licensing Mode Manager from Windows start menu and select "All Users" option as shown below, then try out Discovery Live?
