Openning Discovery SpaceClaim

      Hi, our customer has Discovery SpaceClaim. 

      After first start he was asked for login, he entered it, but Spacecalim was badly running - frozen window, without warning and errors, the problem persist - screenshot is attach.

      We tried reinstall, without success.

      We tried turn off antivir and firewall, without success.

      Ping is OK.

      Operating system is Windows 7. On his second computer with Windows 10 is everything OK.

      Could you help me with this, please?

      Hi Lukas

      Please try the following options:

      1.Clear contents of %temp% folder.

      2. Rename the SpaceClaim folder located at  %APPDATA% to SpaceClaim.old. Close all open SpaceClaim sessions and start a new session.

      Please let me know if this helps.

        What TEMP folder do you mean? Windows -> Temp?

        Yes, search for %temp% in windows explorer and it will take you to C:Users***AppDataLocalTemp folder.

        Hi Gaurav_ANSYS 

        The error was caused by driver for Integrated graphic card. We focused on Nvidia Quadro drivers, because we had assigned Quadro graphics for all applications, but when SpaceClaim started launching, for unknown reasons, the SpaceClaim used integrated graphics

        Now is everything OK.
