I want to simulate the optical cross-talk in CMOS-image-sensors.
I tried to inject a plane source only on one pixel, but after the simulation initiated, the plane wave source extended all over the FDTD simulation region.
I took 2x2 pixels, and applied the following BC:
Any suggestion or help would be very appreciated.
