optimal torque output and BEMF waveform of yokeless axial flux machine

  Hi everyone
  i was wondering if someone could help on this
  i already have the Model yokeless axial flux machine (1 stator, 2 rotor)
  the current using current equation excitation after simulation i get the result as below
  how can i improve BEMF waveform to look more pure sine wave ?
  how can i adjust the current and EMF waveform in phase to get the maximum torque?

  First, I have to suggest you review and investigate the motor design from some textbook and papers, to understand how to make sine Back EMF and dq transformation.
  To get the sine Back EMF is related to the geometry of teeth, magnet shape, air gap, etc. The dq transformation theory will hep you to know how to get max. torque and initial angle.
