OUT OF DATE MESH

      Hi All,

I was exporting a 3d geometry from "hyper mesh" which is already 3d meshed into fluent. but after scaling the mesh to "millimeters" as my model geometry was made in millimeters, it is showing out of date mesh. anyone knows how to resolve an out of date mesh?

      Hi,

Can you please explain. Did you import hypermesh mesh file in Fluent?

Where did you change units - in hypermesh or in Fluent?

      Which version you are using?

      Regards,

      yes sir,

I imported mesh file from hyper mesh in fluent and in general section in fluent scaled the mesh as my geometry was created in "mm" and fluent by default takes meters.

If you're just reading the mesh into Fluent there shouldn't be a mesh box/object to be out of date.  Please can you post images of the Workbench session?
