If, in your model, there is any face that is in contact with both Fluid and Solid faces, please use the imprint tool between the solid faces .
You may find a similar tutorial on the Getting started- Thermal tutorials page.There are some CHT examples on the Getting started - Fluids tutorials page as well.

Thanks for your response.
I have gone through all tutorials.
But this imprint feature doesn't work between enclosure(fluid domain) and solid(heat sink, heat source). This imprint feature works only for solid - solid(between heat source and heat sink).
In my work, forced convection happens due to air flow over PCB(heat source, heat sink). Can you please share this kind of sample models or tutorials.
If possible we can discuss this over call.

The same example that you require of a PCB is in this page.
It is performed as a Thermal simulation and not CHT.
