Phone required login

  Hello, When i try to login on https://myaccount.ansys.com/mysubscriptions The site asks me to fill in some information. After clicking on submit there is an error stating that i have to fill in a phone number, which i cannot fill in because there is no field. I am stuck now and can't use SpaceClaim because the offline activation doesn't work. How can i login on https://myaccount.ansys.com/mysubscriptions again?

  Hello Rob Can you please try updating your initial details using below link? https://accountregistration.ansys.com/Account/InitialDetails?returnUrl=https://myaccount.ansys.com Once done, check if you are able to access your Discovery account or not. Regarding the error message from the 2nd image that you shared, it is appearing because the subscription is already activated on 2 devices. You can release the activation from the account page or by executing deactivation command from command prompt. Check out below post for detailed information.
