SubscriberHello,
In my designed vertical photodiode, I used a customized mode source as input with a wavelength range from 0.9 um to 1.3 um and having two peaks; one at 1 um and another peak at 1.2 um. Then I calculated electron hole pair generation rate from FDTD simulation and applied it at Charge simulation.
My question is that, since my input source has a wavelength range and having two peaks not only one center wavelength. How can I get my photodiode's current over this wavelength range? as I dont know for which wavelength perticularly i'm getting the I-V curve of the photodiode.

Ansys EmployeeBy default, you get the averaged result for the given bandwidth, since the power is integrated over the bandwith. If you want to get result with respect to each wavelength, please modify the FDTD Analysis group to get the wavelength dependent power and the generated e-h pairs.
