SubscriberHey Guys,
I downloaded aim the other day and did an fluid analysis fine. I'm now trying to do a second and encounter a problem where the solver doesnt do anything, its just stuck on 85% on start up and the application appears to not be using the CPU at all...
Ive reinstalled it multiple times, checked the firewall and its allowed access. i just dont know what else to do. I dont think its my set up.
Any suggestions?

SubscriberI am experiencing the same problem. I set up a simple model with loads, constraints, material, and try and solve but it makes it to 85% and then stops. I have used many FEA softwares and this usually happens when the meshing engine cannot converge on a solution, but the model I have is way too simple for this to be the problem. Is there a way I can get assistance via a remote session to troubleshoot this problem?

Subscriberamorenojr,
It's better for you if you start a New Discussion, because when someone replies to this discussion, you don't get a notification, the original poster gets the notification.
The way you get help here is to post a detailed description of the model you are building, the geometry, the mesh, the boundary conditions and the error messages you receive. Please do that in a New Discussion.
