SubscriberHi !
I would like to study the power integrity of an evaluation board with PI advisor.
For the step 1 in the PI Advisor Wizard they ask to determine the VRM parameters (ESL/ESR) but I can't find any information about it on the datasheet. I work on the PolarFire MPF300 (https://www.microchip.com/en-us/development-tool/MPF300-EVAL-KIT) and the core power signal. Do you have any idea where I could find the answer ?Thank you.

Ansys EmployeeHello, you won’t be able to find the ESL/ESR from an eval kit spec sheet. You’ll need to find the data sheet on the VRD (Voltage Regulation Device). See Ansys Learning Hub: SIwave_Intro_2019R1_Student_Files_21-12.zip (sapjam.com) workshop 3.3 for more information on PI Advisor.

Boost Ansys Fluent Simulations with AWS
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) helps engineers design products in which the flow of fluid components is a significant challenge. These different use cases often require large complex models to solve on a traditional workstation.
