Piezo and Mems Extension

  Hello
  I'd like to model a simple geometry under pressure and check which voltage appears because of the piezoelectric effect. The problem is that when i go to results in workbench the voltage result is just grey and i can't add it to my analysis. Does anybody know whats the problem here?
