Piezoelectric material problem

  Dear Everyone,
  
  I had some problems using Ansys. I used unit plane223 to simulate the two-dimensional nano-indentation process of piezoelectric materials. When the piezoelectric materials were squeezed and deformed, I was able to extract the amount of charge on the nodes on the deformed surface, but the magnitude of the amount of charge was very small, which was far from the theoretical research of others.
  
  Extract the charge at the node on the red line (as shown in the figure), but the magnitude is very small.
  
  Do I need to set other parameters? Or is there a way to do it?
  
  Could you help me?

  Ansys software can get the charge of piezoelectric materials, or not? That is to say, can Ansys implement this function? If possible, do I need to set other parameters? Or is there a way to do it?
