이중 pillar 구조 시뮬레이션 중 sim_status에 관한 질문입니다.

  안녕하세요, Lumerical FDTD를 사용하고 있는 연구자입니다.
  Convergence check 시, 제가 사용중인 구조에서 sim_status가 '2'가 아닌 '1'이 뜨고 있습니다.
  FDTD -> edit -> simulation time 도 현재 10000 사용중입니다. 1000, 2000, ... 으로 10000까지 바꿔보았고, 20000 일땐 sim_status = 3이 떴습니다.
  좀 더 정확한 시뮬레이션 결과를 얻고 싶습니다. sim_status = 2 를 뜨게 할 수 있는 방법이 있을까요? 아래는 제 구조 및 설정에 대한 상세한 값입니다.

  안녕하세요.
  
  FDTD 시뮬레이션 후의 status는 1 혹은 2로 나타나게 됩니다.
  
  status 1의 경우는 maximum simulation time까지 simulation을 했다는 뜻입니다.
  
  status 2의 경우는 auto shutoff min threshold에 도달하여 simulation 중 shutoff 됐다는 뜻입니다.
  
  더욱 정확한 결과를 원하신다면 mesh accuracy를 높이시면 더 정확한 결과를 얻으실 수 있습니다.
