Planar Inductor Simulation in ANSYS Maxwell 2D (ANSYS 2022 R2)

      Hello,
I am trying to analyze a multi-layer planar inductor in Maxwell 2D and I am having trouble calculating the AC resistance and Inductance of the model as a function of frequency.
      The model is as follows:

Here, the red rectangles indicate copper trace and the green rectangles indicate dielectric material in the PCB stack-up.

The matrix is defined as follows:

All the copper traces are connected in series.
I have set up a frequency sweep in the analysis set-up as follows:

The simulation results are as follows:

      For the main matrix:

I'm not sure where I am going wrong in this simulation. I'd appreciate any help regarding the same.
      Thanks,
      Shivangi

      Hello,

Please uncheck "Solve Fields Only" in the Solve Setup>>General.

Thank you for your prompt response. I do not have solve fields only checked in the solve setup. This is how my set-up looks like:

It is hard to tell what went wrong here. Please use the support button on the left of this page and submit a service ticket to have our engineer look at your cases in detail.
