I am trying to simulate Film boiling of water at atmospheric condition. I followed the tutorial "Horizontal Film Boiling". There are some modifications of fluid properties as shown in table. But the result obtained is not good. I don't know why.

I would not use the thermal conductivity of 0 in my simulation. Please enter a finite small value instead.
That being said, this might not be the reason why you are not able to run the simulation. To me, a superheat of 300 K seems too significant. Are these physical values? Are you obtaining these conditions from some experiment?
Also, are you using a UDF for heat and mass transfer?

Thank you for your comment. Temperature of water is constant (saturated temperature) so thermal conductivity can be assumed zero. The excess temperature is high enough to occur film boiling. I used UDF for heat and mass transfer.
