Please recommend the specifications (CPU, RAM) for high performance as “personal” and “workstation”

  First of all i would like to thank you for your helpful knowledge in this site.
  I plan to purchase a personal computer and a workstation after confirming the high specifications.
  
  Could anyone tell me what specs of "PC" or "Workstation" you are using ?
  I may need some reference specs.
  
  My current situation Personal Computer (I don't have Workstation yet.)
  intel i7 - 10750H 2.6GHz
  6 cores 12 threads
  RAM 16GB (feeling insufficient for 3D analysis)
  
  Additional questions,
  1. Are Ryzen CPUs compatible with older versions of ANSYS tools (2015-2020)?
  2. What factors affect RAM capacity? (Number of meshes?)
