Plotting Wave with time

Hello!
I am running simulation for water waves in Ansys fluent. I need to plot wave elevation in wave propagation direction with time i.e. XY with Time as in picture attached. I am able to get data of X and Y for one time step. I need the wave elevation moving with time. Could anyone suggest the solution for this problem? Any videos, tutorials would be great help.
