PML boundary on a Cone-ended Coaxial

Hello I need the reflection coefficient of a Cone-ended Coaxial probe (see the figure please) when there is perfect matching at the end. The flat end of coaxial cable is the port and I want to put a PML radiation on the other end. But the problem is the PML radiation is not simulated properly as the S11 is much lower (around -40 dB) when I use radiation boundary rather then when I use PML radiation.
Can any one help how should I define the PML radiation boundary? I just draw a bigger Cone (with bigger radius) and define it as PML boundary.

Please note that PML boundary is not required for you case as radiation boundary is best suitable.
PML boundary can be used if the fields incident at an angle.
      All the very best Praneeth.
